Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse), Python, and Excel.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
- Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level through persuasive communication.
- Experience using tools such as Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
- Strong first-principles thinking to break down problems before technical implementation.
- Ability to write clearly and speak precisely in a direct, professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Define business problems and understand the decisions they inform before analysis.
- Define metrics, build reports, and run analyses to monitor business performance.
- Design and execute experiments to surface actionable data insights.
- Drive outcomes by recommending next steps to leadership in product, growth, finance, or operations.
- Own the analytical function end-to-end for a specific business unit.
