Requirements
- 7+ years in ERP/business systems roles.
- 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and development in a multi-entity environment.
- Expert in SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteQL, NetSuite REST/SuiteTalk APIs, and Token-Based Authentication.
- Experience with iPaaS platforms (Celigo strongly preferred).
- Experience in DTC/subscription commerce or omnichannel consumer businesses.
- Ability to configure and support EDI connections.
- Fluent in AI-augmented development using LLMs and agentic tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data warehouse integration (Snowflake preferred).
- Conversant in ERP fundamentals including order-to-cash and revenue recognition.
- Skilled project management experience owning software budgets.
- Exceptional communicator capable of translating technical concepts for business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Consult with business units to gather requirements and prioritize a systems roadmap.
- Own architecture, administration, and development of NetSuite as the system of record across multiple sales channels.
- Design and maintain SuiteScript solutions, workflows, and SuiteQL-driven automation.
- Manage the integration layer end-to-end, including 3PL and spend management platforms.
- Enforce systems governance, script deployment standards, and change control.
- Build AI-augmented workflows and champion AI-native practices.
- Partner with Finance on automation, billing remediation, and audit-readiness.
- Provide system training, support, and technical documentation.
- Manage systems projects and ERP/SaaS stack budget and forecasting.
