Requirements
- 7+ years in ERP/business systems roles.
- 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and development in a multi-entity environment.
- Expert in SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteQL, NetSuite REST/SuiteTalk APIs, and Token-Based Authentication.
- Deep experience with iPaaS platforms, Celigo strongly preferred.
- Experience in DTC/subscription commerce or omnichannel consumer businesses.
- Integration management experience with EDI connections (e.g., EDI 850, 810, 856).
- Fluent in AI-augmented development using LLMs, agents, and tools like Claude and MCP.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data warehouse integration, Snowflake preferred.
- Conversant in ERP fundamentals including order-to-cash, revenue recognition, and procure-to-pay.
- Strong project management skills with experience owning software budgets and forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Consult with business units to translate requirements into ERP solutions and prioritize the systems roadmap.
- Architect, administer, and develop NetSuite as the primary system of record across DTC, Amazon, and Retail channels.
- Design and maintain SuiteScript solutions, workflows, saved searches, and SuiteQL-driven automation.
- Manage the end-to-end integration layer including 3PL transactions, Ramp, and EDI connections.
- Enforce systems governance including script deployment standards, change control, and documentation.
- Build AI-augmented workflows using LLMs and MCP connectors to automate finance and operations processes.
- Partner with finance on month-end close automation, revenue data integrity, and audit-readiness.
- Provide end-user training, support, and enablement while managing system project timelines and budgets.
