SalaryThe base salary range for this position is 131,000 - 220,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or benefits.

Requirements
- 6–10+ years of progressive finance experience.
- At least 3 years in FP&A or sales/GTM finance at a SaaS or subscription software company.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Strong SQL skills, comfortable pulling and validating your own data.
- Deep fluency in SaaS metrics.
- Solid grounding in core accounting concepts and revenue waterfall mechanics.
- Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- AI fluency using tools like Claude.
- Familiarity with EPM tools such as Anaplan or Pigment.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the sales leadership team to provide guidance on financial strategy and resource allocation.
- Own the GTM operating model by building and maintaining pipeline, retention, and ARR forecasts.
- Lead the sales finance workstream in annual planning and quarterly forecasting.
- Provide variance analysis for the sales organization to highlight risks and opportunities.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Accounting to manage headcount, capacity planning, and commission design.
- Build durable, self-serve reporting, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Prepare analyses for the CRO, CFO, CEO, and Board.
