Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data visualization, or corporate reporting.
- At least 1 year of experience in a lead role.
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI, DAX, and SQL.
- Experience with dashboard development and data validation.
- Proven experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate requirements into reporting solutions.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support business operations and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models that support operational, financial, and executive leadership needs.
- Partner with business leaders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business objectives into scalable reporting solutions.
- Validate data accuracy and collaborate with Analytics Engineering to ensure reporting integrity and consistency across the organization.
- Establish reporting standards, governance practices, security controls, and documentation that support a single source of truth.
- Drive adoption of business intelligence solutions through stakeholder engagement, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support strategic decision-making by delivering clear, actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Provide technical leadership and coaching to team members through knowledge sharing, code and report reviews, and development of BI best practices.
- Leverage AI and automation tools (e.g., Copilot for Power BI, AI-driven DAX/M optimization) to accelerate development.
- Design and maintain AI-ready data models and semantic layers that enable trustworthy AI-generated insights.
