Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting within an agency, startup, or scale-up environment.
- Proven experience in volume hiring, particularly for Sales and Customer Support roles.
- Demonstrated track record in active sourcing and candidate evaluation.
- Experience running structured phone and video screenings.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and team leads to assess talent needs and define hiring plans.
- Experience creating recruiting reports and using HR/ATS software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work in a full-remote or hybrid capacity in Milan.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including drafting job ads, active sourcing, screening, interviewing, and feedback.
- Oversee the transition from candidate to employee to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Focus on hiring for Sales and Customer Support roles, with expansion to other departments as needed.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for talent acquisition within the HR team.
- Contribute to strategic projects focused on improving recruiting funnels, time-to-hire, and interview structures.
- Partner with hiring managers and Team Leads to advise on talent market trends and selection decisions.
- Develop and refine HR processes to enhance candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the HR/Admin team and report to the Head of HR & Admin.
