Requirements
- Former management consultant experience.
- Exceptional executive-level communicator.
- Outstanding PowerPoint craft.
- Ability to distill complex business priorities into clear strategic narratives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to pressure-test story narratives.
- Experience at the Junior Manager or Senior Manager level.
- DTC or consumer industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the leadership team to define a three-year strategic plan.
- Participate in executive and cross-functional meetings to capture key insights and decisions.
- Structure and refine key business initiatives.
- Translate strategic discussions into clear, board-ready presentations.
- Conduct focused market research regarding competitive landscape, price positioning, and product scope.
