Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, or 5–7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience working directly with customers in software implementation or delivery roles.
Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development practices.
Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours on a daily basis.
Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to clearly define and communicate technical requirements to development teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead the end-to-end implementation of SaaS solutions for critical infrastructure clients.
Facilitate business requirements sessions to evaluate priorities and determine optimal software solutions.
Analyze and map current-state business processes to future-state configurations within the platform.
Customize and configure software systems while guiding clients through a Train-the-Trainer model.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue tracking, and client sign-off.
Partner with project managers to track project milestones, risks, and deliverables.
Collaborate with internal development teams to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in technical designs and sprints.
