Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, or 5–7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with customers in software implementation or delivery roles.
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development practices.
- Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours on a daily basis.
- Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to clearly define and communicate technical requirements to development teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SaaS solutions for critical infrastructure clients.
- Facilitate business requirements sessions to evaluate priorities and determine optimal software solutions.
- Analyze and map current-state business processes to future-state configurations within the platform.
- Customize and configure software systems while guiding clients through a Train-the-Trainer model.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue tracking, and client sign-off.
- Partner with project managers to track project milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal development teams to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in technical designs and sprints.
