Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development practices.
- Strong project management and implementation experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business-process analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
- Ability to work effectively with development and technical teams in an Agile/Sprint-based environment.
- Experience with AI-enabled software solutions or workflow automation is highly desirable.
- Strong underwriting and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage assigned software implementation projects from initiation through completion.
- Conduct post-sale client meetings to collect data and business requirements.
- Assess opportunities to leverage AI-driven capabilities to improve client workflows.
- Translate business requirements into actionable specifications for technical and development teams.
- Customize and configure software systems based on individual client needs.
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Create and maintain project documentation including Statements of Work, process-flow diagrams, and configuration guides.
