- Analytical mindset with the ability to pressure-test data and slide stories.
- Junior Manager or Senior Manager level experience.
- Discipline to prioritize key information and cut unnecessary details.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the leadership team to shape and define the company's three-year strategic plan.
- Participate in executive and cross-functional meetings to capture insights and key decisions.
- Structure and refine business initiatives based on meeting discussions.
- Develop board-ready presentations that communicate a compelling vision.
- Conduct focused market research on the competitive landscape, price positioning, and product scope as needed.
