Responsibilities
- Lead projects to analyze complex business problems such as excess cost related to Home Health use and contracting.
- Identify subject matter experts to support multi-functional, matrixed efforts aimed at enhancing Value-Based Programs.
- Provide subject matter expertise on network and cost optimization opportunities to partners.
- Ensure procedures align with corporate vision and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Collaborate across segments and retail markets to develop functional strategies on matters of significance.
- Advise executives on strategic initiatives for the Home Health and Home Solutions space.
