Requirements
- Strong software engineering background building production systems.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI.
- Proven track record of delivering software successfully deployed into production.
- Exposure to cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
- Self-starter capable of tackling complex engineering problems with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable with quick iteration, releasing prototypes, and collecting feedback.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and define scope in loosely defined projects.
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver high-performance AI features for incident detection, triage, and resolution.
- Implement iterative processes to prototype, test, and validate LLM- and agent-powered workflows.
- Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and designers on AI-driven product features.
- Integrate agentic components with internal tools, alerting systems, runbooks, and developer workflows.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance product functionality and development workflows.
- Take full ownership of developing scalable, maintainable, and user-aligned AI solutions.
