Requirements
- Extensive experience shipping full-stack code (Python and React) in production environments.
- Proven experience building and deploying performant client-side or server-side RAG or agentic applications.
- Strong coding abilities with experience working across the entire technology stack.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Strong product ownership mindset with the ability to question requirements to ensure user value.
- Strong design sensibility and the ability to advocate for user experience.
- Experience owning features from end-to-end, including measuring impact.
- Capacity to work under security and privacy constraints requiring custom tooling.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, ship, and maintain features across the full stack for roadmap surfaces.
- Manage large-scale file uploads and shared knowledge bases.
- Develop agent extensibility frameworks including skills and integrations.
- Build pipelines that sync external enterprise data into the platform.
- Own features end-to-end, from technical design through implementation, testing, launch, and iteration.
- Write and ship minimal code for low-resource environments with stringent security requirements.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and modeling teams to prototype and validate requirements.
- Raise the engineering bar through code reviews, testing discipline, and mentorship.
