Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading enterprise technology functions.
- Direct ownership of systems, data, or platform teams.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Finance systems.
- Proven experience with CPQ platforms.
- Experience managing HRIS systems.
- Demonstrated ability to build and govern enterprise data infrastructure at scale.
- Strong understanding of data quality, objectivity, and access control.
- Experience with AI and automation tooling (Workato or similar).
- Track record of leading through ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills with Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the revenue technology stack, including Salesforce CRM and Finance Systems.
- Drive CPQ evolution to support new pricing models, products, and international growth.
- Build the enterprise data infrastructure and establish governance standards to ensure data objectivity.
- Drive system integration via Workato and partner with IT/Security to enable AI initiatives.
- Own HRIS platform strategy and operations to support a growing global workforce.
- Manage vendor relationships, managed services, and strategic build/buy/partner decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team across Salesforce, Finance Systems, CPQ, HRIS, and Data.
