Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building production systems.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as Streamlit, Gradio, or React.
- Practical experience with RAG, LLM workflows, agentic frameworks, and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with databases including Postgres, Vector DBs, and Graph DBs.
- Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data platforms like Snowflake.
- Ability to rapidly prototype with modern workflow and automation tools.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with both executive stakeholders and technical teams.
- Consulting or customer-embedded engineering experience preferred.
- BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for on-site client work.
Responsibilities
- Identify and shape high-impact AI use cases for clients.
- Rapidly prototype full-stack, MVP-grade agents, applications, and workflows.
- Productionize impactful AI solutions integrated with client data platforms.
- Capture and share technical patterns back into client platform roadmaps.
- Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to define success metrics and ROI.
- Engage on-site with users to understand operational workflows and pain points.
