Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–8 years of experience in software, automation, data, machine learning, or solutions engineering.
- Experience building or supporting AI-enabled workflows, automation solutions, or system integrations.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Python or JavaScript.
- Experience working with APIs, integration patterns, structured/unstructured data, and automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with modern AI concepts including large language models, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation.
- Experience using cloud platforms and developer tools to deploy, monitor, and maintain solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance speed, quality, security, and maintainability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience documenting workflows, technical standards, and operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered tools, workflows, automations, and internal solutions.
- Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
- Develop integrations between AI services, internal systems, and third-party platforms.
- Create AI-driven workflows for research synthesis, customer feedback analysis, and release support.
- Translate business challenges into technical implementations including prompts, orchestration, and data pipelines.
- Establish responsible AI practices covering security, privacy, governance, and documentation.
- Evaluate emerging AI models and platforms to recommend solutions aligned with business requirements.
