Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain operations, data auditing, or systems reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex data issues.
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience with project management tools, specifically Asana.
- High attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to communicating findings and blockers.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across operations, inventory, and IT/systems teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive root-cause analysis on operational report discrepancies including Purchase Order, Build, Inbound vs. Outbound, and Item Receipt validations.
- Monitor error logs and maintain tracking in Asana with daily summaries of unresolved errors and root causes.
- Identify, document, and escalate system flagging errors to improve validation accuracy and reduce false positives/negatives.
- Collaborate with operations, inventory, and IT/systems teams to resolve data bugs and implement lasting fixes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
