- Fast learner with ability to quickly adapt to Amazon systems
- Comfortable working remotely using Hubstaff for time tracking and productivity monitoring
Responsibilities
- Own and execute all AVS CSM-type responsibilities (case management, issue escalation, performance tracking, and Amazon coordination)
- Manage Vendor Central 1P operations including PO tracking, shortages, chargebacks, and operational issue resolution
- Maintain high instock performance through forecasting coordination and supply chain follow-up
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Amazon (AVS/Vendor Support) and internal teams
- Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (instock %, Net PPM, revenue, chargebacks)
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of all Amazon-related operational tasks
- Proactively identify and resolve account issues before they impact performance
