- Reliable and self-directed to manage own workload and hit targets without daily supervision.
- Clear written English skills sufficient for data set documentation and communication.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a capable remote work setup.
- Available full-time on a schedule aligned to US Eastern business hours.
Responsibilities
- Search for and identify residential properties with south-facing roof orientation using Google Maps, Google Earth, satellite imagery, and property research platforms.
- Confirm roof orientation and relevant property characteristics by cross-referencing satellite view, street view, and available listing data.
- Work through assigned geographic areas and target lists systematically to ensure complete coverage.
- Collect required property information and enter it accurately into designated spreadsheets, CRMs, or tracking systems.
- Maintain consistent formatting and data standards to ensure clean, usable output.
- Meet daily and weekly data volume targets without sacrificing accuracy.
- Self-review entries, correct errors, and flag ambiguous situations for supervisor review.
- Deliver completed data sets on schedule and communicate progress or blockers early.
