Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of HR Generalist or Operations experience in fast-paced technology environments.
  • PHR or aPHR certification, or willingness to obtain within 18 months of hire.
  • Experience managing global HR systems, specifically UKG/Ultipro preferred.
  • Prior experience with US leave administration.
  • Familiarity with HR ticketing systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Commitment to workplace integrity and discretion.
  • Ability to travel for company gatherings at least once per quarter.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees' HR-related inquiries through our HR Ticketing system.
  • Manage the global HR onboarding and offboarding process for all new hires and terminations.
  • Manage and administer all compliance-related training globally.
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records and data in our global HRIS system.
  • Administer leave of absence compliance through our systems and provide leave support for international employees.
  • Support benefits administration and partnership with international providers.
  • Support bi-annual merit, promotion, and performance compensation cycles.
  • Assist with employee engagement surveys and global people programs.
  • Collaborate with the broader People Operations team to implement and improve company-wide processes.
