Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Moderate Excel skills, specifically formulas and pivot tables.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience working with RealTime (RealTime Link) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary financial contact for assigned projects, working closely with Operations and Budgets and Contracts teams.
- Review contract/work orders and amendments to identify financial terms for timely and accurate invoicing.
- Perform financial quality control of study visits in the RealTime system to ensure revenue accuracy.
- Reconcile study visits between RealTime and Sponsor/CRO Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
- Invoice billable items and maintain support documentation.
- Compare current revenue to recorded revenue to identify discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly revenue files for NetSuite ERP.
- Issue monthly billing statements to Sponsors/CROs.
- Coordinate with Cash Application and Collections Specialists.
- Assist with end-of-study or close-out audits.
