Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in accounts receivable, financial analysis, accounting operations, or project finance.
- Moderate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills to investigate discrepancies.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage financial information across multiple projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet recurring monthly deadlines.
- Experience with RealTime or RealTime Link systems is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment during Monday–Friday business hours.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary financial contact for assigned projects and collaborate with Operations, Budgets, and Contracts teams.
- Analyze contracts, work orders, and amendments to identify financial terms and ensure accurate, timely invoicing.
- Perform financial quality control of study visits and billable activities to ensure revenue is accurately captured.
- Reconcile clinical trial data between RealTime systems and Sponsor/CRO Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
- Prepare and distribute monthly billing statements to sponsors and CROs.
- Produce monthly revenue files for upload into the accounting ERP system.
- Coordinate with Cash Application and Collections teams for investigations or follow-up.
- Assist with end-of-study and close-out audits, including revenue validation.
