Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Seven or more years of progressive accounting experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and financial close processes.
- Hands-on experience with intercompany transactions, consolidations, or multi-entity accounting environments.
- Strong understanding of financial and tax reporting requirements.
- Experience with accounting information systems and ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively across departments and time zones.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English.
Responsibilities
- Support the full monthly financial close cycle, including journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidated trial balances.
- Manage intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries across global subsidiaries.
- Perform weekly revenue reconciliations and coordinate with the Revenue Operations team.
- Manage bank matching and payment platform settlements across various accounts.
- Prepare and maintain supporting schedules for audits and quarterly Audit Committee materials.
- Contribute to process improvement, SOP development, and chart of accounts maintenance.
