Requirements
- Experience in customer success, relationship management, or account leadership.
- Background working with or within federal defense markets.
- Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and warfighters.
- Track record of maintaining high retention rates and driving product adoption.
- Capability to manage contract scopes, modifications, and expansions.
- Proficiency in tracking and reporting KPIs including retention, hero health, and time-to-value.
- Ability to travel 4-12 times per year.
- Understanding of the Defense Unicorns software delivery model and cloud-native environment.
- Collaborative mindset for working with product teams and Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with mission heroes to ensure satisfaction and alignment with mission outcomes.
- Maintain a minimum 90% revenue retention rate by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
- Guide prototype development and adoption to meet operational capability goals.
- Ensure positive onboarding experience and expedited time-to-value for new customers.
- Identify account expansion opportunities and cross-sell to adjacent programs.
- Translate data and capability gaps into product development milestones.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to highlight progress and align on future goals.
