Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including significant leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading large engineering organizations through multiple layers of management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success partnering with Product Management and executive stakeholders.
- Experience defining and implementing software engineering best practices across the full lifecycle.
- Strong track record of organizational leadership, coaching, and building high-performing teams.
- Experience delivering large-scale cloud-based solutions using Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with modern AI technologies and experience building or scaling AI-enabled products.
- Strong technical architecture background with ability to guide strategic technology decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management to develop and execute roadmaps balancing innovation, technical investment, and platform strategy.
- Unify and lead multiple engineering teams, establishing clear priorities and strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop engineering strategies to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure platform capabilities.
- Drive technical architecture decisions across technology stacks in partnership with architecture teams.
- Coach, mentor, and develop managers and senior managers to increase organizational effectiveness.
- Guide teams in evaluating technical initiatives and aligning them with business objectives.
- Lead hiring, workforce planning, and succession planning to build high-performing teams.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to deliver large-scale initiatives.
- Champion Agile and Kanban methodologies to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Support the scaling of AI-driven products within an integrated data ecosystem.
