Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Active independent clinical license in the state of California (LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent).
- Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of lead or supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches including Problem-Solving Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Behavioral Activation.
- Technical proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) and ability to learn new software.
- Knowledge of and experience with behavioral health assessment tools such as PHQ9, GAD7, and Columbia Suicide Risk Assessment (CSSRS).
- Ability to provide care to pediatric populations (as young as 6) and in women's health settings.
- Knowledge of the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM).
Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance and development of up to 15 Collaborative Care Clinicians, including clinical metrics, scheduling, and performance management.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions via the Collaborative Care Model for pediatric and adult populations.
- Manage a small caseload of up to 15 patients, customizing treatment plans and coordinating care with primary care providers.
- Monitor patient progress using clinical assessment tools and adjust care plans to ensure symptom reduction.
- Partner with the Clinical Excellence Manager to optimize pod workflows, documentation, and department objectives.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to direct reports, including incident documentation and employee relations support.
