Requirements
- RN or NP Degree with a valid current license.
- 7+ years of nursing experience.
- Healthcare informatics knowledge or equivalent technical background.
- Strong understanding of common AI phenomena including hallucinations, omissions, LLM, NLP, and ML.
- Experience with PointClickCare products.
- Experience with data labeling software.
- Ability to perform extensive data manipulation tasks on a computer for extended periods.
- Understanding of statistical measures for driving inter-annotator agreement.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly master new software and technical systems.
- Ability to review and categorize nuanced clinical concepts.
- Proven ability to drive consensus among SMEs of varying specialties.
Responsibilities
- Review and label clinical data for alignment and agreement.
- Assist with SME evaluation of annotations and evaluate model results.
- Provide clinical subject matter expertise on workflows as a clinician who has documented in an EHR.
- Resolve disputes and discrepancies among clinical SMEs regarding labeled data.
- Interact with research staff and product stakeholders to support requirements discovery.
- Educate technical and non-technical audiences on clinical aspects of AI solutions.
- Advocate for the clinical quality and accuracy of AI solutions through collaboration with developers and product teams.
