Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years experience at a dealership or independent auto repair shop.
- 1-2 years of experience with automotive repair procedures, processes, parts, and costs.
- 1-2 years of experience in negotiation and problem-solving.
- Ability to efficiently interpret contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Proficiency in effective communication with various stakeholders.
- Camera usage required for training and meetings.
- ProDemand, Alldata, and Carfax experience preferred.
- Call-center experience preferred.
- Powersports experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Adjudicate and authorize claims within dollar-limit authority.
- Ensure accuracy of coverage information for customers and repair centers.
- Handle 50-70 inbound calls daily from repair centers and contract holders.
- Review and determine claims based on reported fact scenarios submitted via online portal.
- Collect and verify diagnostic information from repair facilities.
- Maintain positive business relationships and adhere to established workflow metrics.
