Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of customer service or administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Typing speed of 40+ wpm and strong 10-key skills.
- Strong mathematical aptitude.
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and complete projects in a timely manner.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Experience in contact center claims or automotive service (preferred).
- Understanding of automotive systems, repair processes, and labor guides like Mitchell or AllData (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Handle automotive, RV, and powersports claims.
- Open new claims, collect and review claim files, and verify requirement compliance.
- Adjudicate claims submitted through the web portal.
- Communicate status updates and follow-up information to customers.
- Request necessary additional information, such as pictures or inspections, prior to authorization.
- Maintain key performance indicators including claims audits and contact center adherence.
- Collaborate with and support other departments within the organization.
