Responsibilities
- Handle incoming partner requests by investigating, updating, and resolving them within service targets.
- Utilize and contribute to improvements for internal operational tools.
- Analyze data to identify and troubleshoot anomalies.
- Transition into advanced problem-solving and automation tasks over time.
