Responsibilities
- Analyze workflows across teams to uncover inefficiencies, gaps, or communication breakdowns.
- Propose and implement solutions to streamline operations and standardize processes.
- Oversee and maintain the OKRs system and lead the migration to a new OKR platform.
- Establish and improve communication flows to ensure team alignment.
- Summarize key takeaways from meetings and create clear, actionable internal communications.
- Partner with the COO to identify non-functional areas and drive strategic initiatives.
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring challenges to prevent future roadblocks.
