Requirements
- 10+ years of product management or product leadership experience.
- Proven track record of shipping products that made an impact in the market.
- Proven ability to scale a product's revenue and own commercial outcomes.
- Experience in payments, financial services, or building within regulated/supervised environments.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage in architectural discussions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical instincts and fluency with data.
- Curiosity about crypto, stablecoins, and the future of money.
Responsibilities
- Own a core product area end-to-end — from discovery and scoping through launch, measurement, and the growth that follows.
- Take products from inception to scale, and own their commercial trajectory.
- Develop a deep understanding of our users (builders, issuers, protocols, and institutional partners) and translate their needs into crisp, actionable product requirements.
- Partner closely with engineering on technical trade-offs, sequencing, and scoping.
- Ship inside regulated, supervised environments, working through risks and constraints.
- Define success metrics, instrument what matters, and use data to drive prioritization.
- Collaborate with go-to-market, sales, and partnership teams to align product launches with customer rollouts.
- Write clearly and frequently — specs, strategy memos, customer updates, launch narratives.
