Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management or solution delivery for security products (SIEM, XDR, EDR, identity security).
- Proven record of leading data-intensive products from inception to launch.
- Solid knowledge of identity-based attack techniques and identity fabrics (Active Directory, cloud identity providers, SSO, OAuth, privileged access).
- Experience with ITDR as a discipline and entity behavioral analytics (UEBA).
- Fluency in non-human identity management (service accounts, workloads, secrets, AI agents).
- Technical comprehension of the AI/ML landscape, including anomaly detection, LLMs, and agentic systems.
- Ability to lead in a matrixed organization and drive execution in a remote-first environment.
- Outstanding spoken and written communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
- Customer-centric mindset focused on solving real-world security challenges.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a credible ITDR function within Elastic Security.
- Manage the plan for non-human and AI agent identities, including service accounts and workloads.
- Work with threat research and detection engineering to address identity-specific threats such as credential access and privilege escalation.
- Drive the response and containment strategy for identified security threats.
- Collaborate with enterprise security operations teams, sales, and solution architects to define requirements and priorities.
- Partner with design teams to develop investigation and response experiences in SIEM and XDR functions.
- Evangelize Elastic's identity capabilities through content and community engagement.
