Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience working with engineering teams to build AI products.
- Ability to design features that build trust in AI recommendations.
- Fluent user of AI tools for research, writing, and synthesis.
- Strong writing and communication skills for docs and stakeholder presentations.
- Strong instincts for UX and simplifying complex processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.
- Experience talking to users to understand real-world pain points.
Responsibilities
- Transform industry knowledge into clean, scalable UX that reduces manual effort.
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate AI intelligence into workflow steps.
- Measure adoption, usage, and impact to iterate on product features.
- Serve as the connective tissue between GTM and engineering teams.
- Support GTM teams on pilot deployments, beta releases, and expansion into new lines.
- Translate commercial needs into product requirements and vice versa.
