Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 in B2B SaaS.
- Experience in insuretech, fintech, or enterprise workflow software is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience working with engineering teams building AI products.
- Comfortable discussing how AI outputs are evaluated and designing features that build trust.
- Fluent user of AI tools for daily research, writing, and synthesis.
- Strong writing ability to communicate product rationale to enterprise buyers.
- Strong instincts for UX and ability to simplify complex processes.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to execute quickly.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to talk to users to understand pain points and design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work with real users from day one to iterate features using short feedback loops.
- Act as the connective tissue between GTM and engineering teams to ship polished features.
- Translate industry knowledge into clean, scalable UX that reduces manual effort.
- Partner with engineering teams to layer AI intelligence into every step of the workflow.
- Measure adoption, usage, and impact to iterate based on performance results.
- Support GTM teams on pilot deployments, beta releases, and expansion into new lines.
