Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer or Partner success, Channel or Direct Sales roles.
- Experience focused on mid-market and below.
- Strong knowledge of the MSP space, preferably related to the cybersecurity industry.
- Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms.
- Passionate about working in the partner community and providing cybersecurity solutions.
- Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed quota based on expansion metrics and renewal rates.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners to increase customer satisfaction and partner adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations.
- Deliver exceptional quality service to the partner base.
- Maintain and reinforce Huntress’ culture.
