Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in program, project, or account management with enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain complex tracking systems and meet firm deadlines.
  • Experience managing schedules and deliverables for senior stakeholders.
  • Near-native English proficiency (C2 minimum) for written and spoken communication.
  • Confidence with project management tools, Google Workspace, Slack, and video conferencing platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools.
  • Availability for consistent overlap with US business hours.
  • Nice to have: Experience supporting corporate training, professional education, or certification programs.
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with LMS, discussion communities, or webinar platforms.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of presentation accessibility standards.
  • Nice to have: Experience with enterprise clients in regulated industries or product management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a single source of truth for cohort planning and delivery using project management tools.
  • Coordinate 6 to 10 instructors to ensure content preparation and session materials meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Support live sessions by moderating Q&A, managing polls, sharing resources, and handling technical tasks.
  • Provision and verify access to digital platforms and tools for all cohort participants and instructors.
  • Manage participant scheduling, communications, attendance tracking, and follow-ups for those falling behind.
  • Coordinate assignment submissions, support the grading process, and manage the distribution of professional certifications.
  • Maintain the async learning community and digital resource library.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for enterprise client stakeholders, providing proactive status updates.
