Training Program Manager, AI-First PM Training

Build and maintain a single source of truth for cohort planning and delivery using project management tools.
Coordinate 6 to 10 instructors to ensure content preparation and session materials meet deadlines and quality standards.
Support live sessions by moderating Q&A, managing polls, sharing resources, and handling technical tasks.

Engineering at First Principles

You will solve challenging problems in distributed and event-driven systems, understanding producer/consumer patterns and their failure modes. Engineers at First Principles deeply engage with modern UI and API automation frameworks, including Playwright and Selenium. You will work within a tech stack featuring AWS, Lambda, JavaScript, TypeScript, BullMQ for queues, DocumentDB, and Redis. The team embraces AI tools to support testing and accelerate automation code generation, requiring you to be comfortable using and modifying AI-generated code. You will build your own tooling and harnesses using Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript, creating robust and scalable solutions.
