Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, Product Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Operations, Portfolio Management, Program Management, or Continuous Improvement.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional, enterprise-level programs.
  • Demonstrated success in leading Kaizen activities and managing organizational change.
  • Strong understanding of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and governance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment without formal authority.
  • Excellent executive communication skills for presenting complex operational data to leadership.
  • Highly organized with a results-oriented approach to managing strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in diagnostics, genomics, or regulated healthcare environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with CLIA, CAP, or FDA regulations preferred.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment with periodic travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise product optimization initiatives focused on operational efficiency, quality, and business performance.
  • Develop and maintain product lifecycle management frameworks for effective portfolio planning and decision-making.
  • Partner with product, commercial, clinical, laboratory, and operations stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Establish operational standards and identify organizational bottlenecks impacting delivery performance.
  • Define and maintain key performance indicators and executive dashboards for visibility into portfolio health and operational results.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the identification, analysis, and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  • Drive change management and stakeholder adoption to ensure improvements are successfully embedded across the organization.
