Job Details

7+ years of experience in sales enablement, program/project management, or learning & development.
Background in a technical or SaaS company.
Proven track record designing and delivering both live and on-demand learning programs for sales audiences.
Experience owning communication strategy and execution for a distributed, field-facing audience.
Ability to partner with subject matter experts to build, validate, and refine technical or product content.
Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and timelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with LMS/CMS or sales enablement tooling.
Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for events such as SKO, onboarding, or offsites.

Manage end-to-end enablement projects by defining goals, resources, timelines, and risk mitigation.
Design and manage learning journeys for ongoing sales enablement using instructional design practices.
Own communication strategy and execution to ensure updates reach the field effectively.
Plan and host live training sessions, partnering with subject matter experts to ensure content readiness.
Build and maintain a content roadmap, prioritizing requests against stakeholder needs and business goals.
Lead change management for new programs, processes, and tools.
Drive AI tooling initiatives to improve workflow efficiency and content quality.
Support the planning and execution of enablement events including Sales Kick-Off (SKO).
