Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in corporate IT, IT operations, or IT systems engineering, ideally within a distributed or global workforce.
- Hands-on expertise with MDM platforms such as Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, or Kandji, supporting macOS and Windows environments.
- Strong experience administering identity providers, with Okta strongly preferred, including SSO, MFA, provisioning, and deprovisioning.
- Proven experience managing SaaS environments such as Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and similar platforms, including SaaS and OAuth governance.
- Practical experience supporting security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS, including access reviews and audit evidence.
- Strong scripting and automation capabilities using Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or comparable workflow automation tools.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- Strong understanding of least-privilege access and secure IT operations, with familiarity with Zero Trust or privileged access management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to operate independently and take ownership of complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the endpoint management environment across macOS and Windows devices, including zero-touch provisioning, patching, configuration, lifecycle management, and endpoint security.
- Manage identity and access systems, including SSO, MFA, SCIM, provisioning, deprovisioning, and least-privilege access across corporate applications.
- Administer and govern the SaaS ecosystem, including Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and other business-critical platforms, while managing licenses, access, shadow IT, and OAuth risks.
- Build and maintain security and compliance controls, access reviews, and audit evidence supporting frameworks such as SOC 2, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.
- Drive the corporate IT roadmap, identifying opportunities to replace repetitive manual processes with scripting, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Develop AI-driven IT and helpdesk automation that turns recurring requests and employee lifecycle processes into efficient self-service workflows.
- Govern the provisioning, access, security, and appropriate use of AI tools and agents across the organization.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for complex internal technology issues, providing effective troubleshooting and practical solutions.
- Maintain clear runbooks, technical documentation, and machine-readable knowledge that can support both employees and AI-assisted workflows.
- Partner with security and other internal stakeholders on vendor reviews, risk management, and technology governance.
- Mentor IT team members and establish scalable practices that improve reliability, security, and employee productivity.
