Requirements
- 5+ years in corporate IT, IT operations, or IT systems engineering, ideally supporting a distributed workforce.
- Hands-on expertise with MDM platforms such as Jamf Pro, Intune, or Kandji.
- Experience managing identity providers (Okta strongly preferred), SSO, MFA, and SCIM provisioning.
- Proficiency in administering SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian.
- Experience with security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS.
- Strong skills in scripting and automation (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell).
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Manage the MDM platform for a distributed macOS and Windows fleet, ensuring zero-touch provisioning and endpoint security.
- Administer identity and access management systems, enforcing SSO, MFA, and least-privilege access policies.
- Oversee the SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian) and manage OAuth risks and license governance.
- Build and maintain security controls and audit evidence for compliance frameworks like SOC 2, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.
- Develop automation for IT workflows and helpdesk requests using scripting languages like Python or workflow tools.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues and mentor the IT team.
