Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business coaching, franchise operations, business ownership, or multi-unit leadership.
- Demonstrated record of improving business results.
- Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities, specifically with financial statements and operational KPIs.
- Exceptional coaching and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and motivate business owners.
- Strong presentation and public-speaking skills for training and group settings.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to deliver constructive feedback.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage a portfolio of business owners.
- Proactive, dependable approach with strong problem-solving and follow-through.
- Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel approximately 25–45% of the time.
- Ability to work remotely from within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Coach and advise approximately 40–60 franchise owners through virtual sessions, business reviews, field visits, and ongoing communication.
- Guide franchise owners across key areas including operations, sales, marketing, leadership, team development, and brand standards.
- Review financial statements, operational KPIs, and business trends to identify opportunities and diagnose performance gaps.
- Drive adoption of established systems, processes, standards, and best practices.
- Establish strong, accountable relationships with franchise owners through proactive communication and constructive feedback.
- Represent the organization at conferences, regional and national meetings, and training sessions.
- Monitor and support the timely payment of royalties and branding fees.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate field insights and support strategic initiatives.
