Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, HTML-based games, or comparable environments.
- 3+ years of experience with 3D content creation tools such as Maya, Blender, ZBrush, or Substance.
- 3+ years of hands-on 3D modeling experience, including rigging, topology cleanup, and asset optimization.
- Demonstrated experience with level design, art layout, UI, and gameplay pacing.
- Portfolio showcasing level design and 3D modeling capabilities, preferably in playable ads or mobile games.
- Understanding of user acquisition mini-games and mobile playable advertising.
- Experience with casual, hyper-casual, midcore, or hybrid-casual gaming environments.
- Understanding of the mobile gaming market, specifically midcore and hybrid-casual segments.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills in a cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools.
- Knowledge of 4X strategy games or Game of Thrones/House of the Dragon franchises is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly conceptualize, design, and create mockups for mini-games and playable ad experiences.
- Support level design and playable development by defining game layouts, player interactions, pacing, and themes.
- Contribute to 3D asset creation and optimization, including modeling, rigging, and asset preparation.
- Collaborate with artists, engineers, producers, and marketing teams to translate concepts into playable outputs.
- Provide creative feedback and implementation guidance to meet visual and performance objectives.
- Analyze playable performance data to inform design recommendations and iterate on creative effectiveness.
- Explore and apply AI-assisted creative tools to accelerate production workflows.
