Requirements
- Experience as a professional Game Designer for 3+ years or relevant experience (general game development, modding, etc.).
- Deep analytical and critical thinking skills for accurate problem identification.
- Ability to abstract concepts and use creative problem solving.
- Effective communication skills for a dynamic, multidisciplinary team environment.
- Technical mindset to effectively implement and iterate on designs.
- Expertise with blueprint scripting in Unreal Engine 4/5 (preferred).
- Experience building mechanics in multiplayer PvP games (preferred).
- Active gamer with a deep understanding of multiplayer games with PvP dynamics (preferred).
- Experience leading or participating in a guild in an open world PvP game (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop features and content by deeply understanding the target audience.
- Communicate design outcomes clearly to designers and multidisciplinary team members.
- Seek active feedback from team members for iteration on design specs and prototypes.
- Parse feedback from developers and players to refine designs through to completion.
- Take a holistic approach to design to ensure impact and connectivity to the greater game.
