Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD) preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in patient services, hub operations, affordability, reimbursement, or pharma/biotech operations.
- Strong understanding of reimbursement processes, pharmacy distribution, payer dynamics, and compliance.
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors, budgets, SOWs, and service-level agreements.
- Proven project management skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and communicate insights to senior leadership.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM and data analytics tools preferred.
- Experience with product launches or patient support program implementation is advantageous.
- Experience with cardiovascular, specialty, or retail pharmacy benefit products is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 20–25% for business needs.
- Ability to work during East Coast business hours.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of patient access and affordability workstreams including copay and support programs.
- Monitor program operations and business rules, providing improvements based on performance trends and stakeholder feedback.
- Identify and address access, affordability, and reimbursement barriers through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
- Coordinate vendor launch readiness, including implementation checkpoints, testing, and issue resolution.
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships with hub, data, digital engagement, and other operational partners.
- Prepare and interpret program performance reports and operational dashboards for leadership.
- Support budget tracking, contract administration, and cross-functional alignment with commercial and legal teams.
