Job Details

Bachelor’s or Associate degree required; advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in patient services, hub operations, affordability programs, field reimbursement, or related roles.
Experience managing vendor relationships in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty pharmacy environment.
Strong understanding of reimbursement processes, payer dynamics, benefits verification, prior authorization, and compliance requirements.
Ability to analyze operational data and communicate insights to leadership.
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing timelines, service levels, governance routines, and budget/contract inputs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel up to 20%.

Support development and execution of assigned patient access and affordability workstreams.
Monitor post-launch operations, process flows, and business rules; recommend refinements based on performance trends.
Identify access, reimbursement, and operational barriers and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Manage day-to-day activities with patient services vendors, including hub, copay, data, and digital engagement partners.
Track vendor accountability to milestones, dependencies, risks, and readiness deliverables.
Coordinate with cross-functional internal stakeholders including Commercial, Market Access, and Legal/Compliance.
Develop, review, and interpret reports on program performance, patient engagement, and vendor performance.
