Requirements
- Proven experience managing ISO 9001 and/or ISO 27001 frameworks.
- Experience responding to customer security questionnaires or vendor risk assessments.
- Experience developing and maintaining governance frameworks and internal policies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to interpret technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Desirable: ISO 9001/27001 Lead Implementer or Internal Auditor certification.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Cyber Essentials Plus and GDPR.
- Desirable: Experience with proposal management software like Loopio.
- Desirable: Experience in SaaS, technology, or enterprise software sectors.
- Desirable: Experience working with public sector customers.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end customer assurance, including vendor risk assessments, security questionnaires, and compliance responses for bids.
- Lead the implementation, certification, and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and Cyber Essentials/Plus.
- Coordinate compliance activities and support supplier assurance across the business.
- Maintain and improve the customer assurance knowledge base.
- Manage internal and external audits, including surveillance audits and management reviews.
- Own and update governance policies, procedures, and document control systems.
- Monitor and report on organizational compliance and data protection processes.
