Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years running account-based marketing or enterprise demand generation for a considered, high-ACV sale.
- Track record of building pipelines in named enterprise accounts and a clear story of how your marketing tied to closed revenue.
- Fluency with ABM platforms and marketing/CRM systems (HubSpot).
- Comfort working from intent and engagement data.
- Strong partnership instincts with sales.
- Sharp writing and messaging judgment.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building a motion from the ground up.
- Experience at a high-growth startup where you owned a function end to end.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the marketing strategy for a portfolio of named enterprise health system accounts, developing account plans grounded in buying committees, organizational priorities, and market intelligence.
- Partner closely with EAEs and leadership to prioritize target accounts, align on strategy, and execute coordinated account plans.
- Design and execute personalized, multi-channel, ABM campaigns across e-mail, LinkedIn, paid media, direct mail, events, and digital experiences.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop account and persona specific messaging and assets that resonate with clinical, IT, and executive stakeholders.
- Own ABM performance by tracking account engagement, pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and win rates, utilizing intent data and insights to inform marketing strategy and sales outreach.
- Manage the ABM tech stack (e.g. Demandbase, HubSpot, Salesforce) to orchestrate campaigns, identify buying signals, and measure impact.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing programs, including executive events and key healthcare conferences.
