Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in full life cycle, government contract recruitment within DoD or Federal Civilian agencies.
- Proven track record of success as a talent acquisition professional in IT government contracting.
- Experience identifying and closing candidates across all levels of the talent spectrum.
- Experience working with both prime and sub-contracting positions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task on multiple projects.
- Proficiency in creative and analytical problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute full life cycle recruitment for billable positions in areas such as cybersecurity, ICAM, enterprise IT modernization, and software development.
- Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating, and extending offer letters.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and knowledge, skills, and ability needs.
- Develop and implement diverse sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract top talent.
- Partner with HR to ensure all recruitment practices adhere to regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
- Proactively source passive candidates through selective postings and professional networks.
